Last month I ran an ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ for a brilliant HR team, enabling them to transition from AI hesitation to experimentation. They were like many HR teams:
- Curious about AI, but also understandably cautious
- Excited to learn about AI tools, but unsure how to use them safely
- Too busy to find the space to work out where to start
So I designed a one-day session around my simple ๐๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค โ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ง โ ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ โ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ๐โ โ helping the team:
- Understand whatโs really happening in the AI space for HR & L&D
- Examine where Copilot could improve their productivity and delivery
- Explore new use cases aligned directly to their own HR priorities
We talked through the ๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ค๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ. We looked at effective ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ญ๐ฌ. We mapped ideas and prioritised where the team could take action, using AI to reduce admin, drive efficiency and improve service
It was collaborative, practical, valuable and very human
By the end, the team had:
